    Ghana is completely owned by outsiders and when they hand out the remnants of their beefy meats to us, Mahama and his squad will finish it leaving the rest of us with the bones.

    look even at Nigeria today they are having petro shortage and said the ques will stop in 3 weeks when tankers arrive from USA! How can oil producing countrys depend on their customers to refine fuel for them????? You the idio ...

    sell the refinery to Shell/BP/Total/Exxon...Somebody that wants to profit! Even Delta airlines bought a failing refinery in usa and upgrade to produce more jet fuel!

    Total is a real Ghanaian company with its diverse policy. employing 3,000 staff, financing its transporters and station owners etc... It is much better than some 100% local companies who send 100% of their profit to London.
