If these clothes carcinogenic, why isn't the government seizing these right away? why give them until April? are you allowing them time to sell these poisonous items to the public, thereby endangering the health of the public ...

I feel for the sellers, but ultimately public safety must take priority over profits. To buyers out there I say "caveat emptor"

If the authorities have allowed these clothes to pass through the borders and the Airports into the country, then, why should the same authorities subject these innocent women who might have bought these type of clothes innocently for resale to such inhuman act? This is the type of nonsense Rawlings did in his days when he seized monies of high denominations from Ghanaian citizens that brought many a people and business men unto their knees perpetually. Why should the government do this when the same government allowed the clothes into the country? Authorities in Ghana, you must think and stop your inhuman and authoritarian practices. If there is something to talk about, then it should be on how best they should put the economy on its sound footing so that Ghanaians should feel proud as Ghanaians and stop this nonsense.

So,what is the authority trying to do ?.To Cause additional economic and financial problems to the affected Traders by deliberately giving them Short Notice. Ghanaians would like to know from you Lawrence Osei Boateng,the reason for your Short Notice.
