  The govt should clean up the bonded warehouse system,especially where the items involved are food for comsumption requiring no further processing. The Lebanese and Indian 'cartels' and their allies with the GRA, are kiilling us!

  Why should the GRA boss pretend not to know the reason for their revenue shortfall? I will help him find out. The dubious contract he signed for the supposed revenue mobilization with the ubiquitous Jospong group.

  The gospel truth is that, some of your agents have corrupt habit and as such do connive with tax payers to pay less than they should and receive bribes for the kindness and also, some of your agents do strike deals with taxpayers to pay token of the tax owed without him issuing receipts for the collections and they intern pocket the money. That kind of bad habit has been going on for years and everybody knows that, So, if you want to stamp out the corrupt practices of some of your staff (your call), what I think you should do is to seriously educate your staff about their responsibilities and the consequences of their actions.
