    The first question that should be asked is, was the University not acting with impunity when they erected the toll booth. What did you say about it then?

    The strudture was on the property of the univesity and it needed no approval from any local authority to build a structure on it.Do you know that UG is an autonomous body?Get lost with your ignorance.

    He's calling 'law enforcement' an act of impunity. Not only that, he's asking the lawbreaking UG which receives half of it's annual budget monies from the Government to sue the same Government with those Government monies.
