  Another thieving scheme in the offing only for the mess to be discovered in 2018 when the damage caused would be irreparable. Mr. Minister does not make any sense at all.

  You see, this small boy is only good at visiting the library for reference on a subject like this and presenting it nice in suit. He has no experience in public service management, yet, look at the responsibility placed on him. Are there not people in the MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY who have the needed education and have worked with the ministry long before this school boy graduated? If Governing a country will be placed on the shoulders of party inexperience recent graduates rather than experience professionals on the job, we will get no where. Now to the subject on the floor. If we can not process COMMON TOMATOES for export, then we should stop talking about trade and industry.
