    THE REASON ATTRIBUTED FOR CEDI'S DECLINE IS VERY STUPID. IF KUFFOUR'S GOVERNMENT HAD NOT REDENOMINATED THE CEDI GHANAIANS WOULD BE CARRYING THEIR MONEY IN COCOA BAGS. PERIOD.
