    We need more information about the 2 laptops. If the people involved can not produce a genuine receipt, then deal with them in the courts. Period.

    Courts? How many people involved in high rate theft have been jailed since 1992 in Ghana?

    The culprits will get lawyers and money will change hands; they will be back home the next evening.
