You so-called northern NDC patriot, will you stop criticising Kuffour for the problems created by the northerners themselves\.Look,from my kidergarten to infant class three,I had to travel for ten miles, five miles in and five miles out a day, making, a total of ten miles to attend school here in the south. The ugly truth is that many scholers who hailed from the Northern part of Ghana, had free education to 6th form levels and came to the south to graduate, some of who are lawyers doctors, architects, and Phd holders and businessmen, who are wealthy enough to give phylantropic assistance to some of these unfurtunate ones, but sit on their oasis and wait for Government assistance before something is done for them. The problem about these people is that since they did not pay a damn for their elementary thru secondary levels, they do not see the need to help others. The clarion call is that the worthy in such communities until Govt takes over, shd help all those schools under trees.

I dare you to place 100 Swedes or 100 Dutch citizens on this patch of land, with only their backpacks in hand, and after one simple year, you will see the difference between intelligent life and ignorant, lazy backward jungle/desert/forest dwellers.
Mahama is not a magician, he cannot change all this overnight, neither do the ministers have the power to change all these places to look like London or Denver. You people are the problem. You pretend that you care, but deep down inside you, you sitting there laughing sheepishly and happy about this trend. What good will a change in administration do us, none!
Why go and settle on arid land far away from civilization and any amenities, then have some amateur photographer, try to make something so horrible about it. Did this village or town just surface when Mahama was officially inaugurated late last year?
This is the kind of society we will have, when people like you lot are the majority.
We have to accept the fact that we don't "act" like intelligent life. Even in Accra, I constantly observe people circumventing the laws of nature to accomplish a simple feat. The excesses of our innate backwardness is what is crippling and making government seem inefficient. Carrying good on our heads in 2013, jay walking like wildebeest migration in a modern city, overwhelming number of trotros and taxis in such a small city, who issues these licenses?
Ask yourselves, have you ever thought about these very simple things that are the true causes of our dysfunctional society. Go yea, and blame politicians no more. If they act in concert with law enforcement, dogs like you become an agitated mob squad. What the ..... do you people want in LIFE?

In the days of Kwame Nkrumah, we were a civilized people, and hopefully headed towards the most accomplished Nation on the continent. Whatever happened is OK, but to think that in 2013, life is worse than I cam to meet it, is disgusting, and it is only because of people like you Rose, bush, ignorant lazy and backward.
Every decent-minded, clean, beautiful, good hair Ghanaian is White. You can't even bring yourself to believe that some of us Ghanaians are as naturally polished as white people, but we are in the minority. No white person had to teach me commonsense, and no white person altered the genes of my family to make me look black and beautiful.
Everything I have stated above is a fact, and I am glad it hurts because then I know it is the truth.
Almost everybody in Ghana today is lazy and sick, either from the water or nasty food we consume. The politicians are as sick as the citizens, and remember politicians were lazy, lying, thieving citizens before they became politicians.
One day somebody who thinks and behaves like me will be President and appoint ministers who think like me, before a change will come, until such time, I wish you all perish!

The teacher was probably following the commentary on the Chelsea Vs Mancity game. Where Chelsea destroyed Mancity. On a broader note, there is no reason for this situation to happen. I blame GES. You can not create a school for a village and don't make provision for a school structure, and rather post teachers to that village. Now it will be the duty of the Circuit Education officer to lobby the District Assembly, through the assembly man of the area to get a school building under the district common fund. Too much bureaucracy but hey that's what Democracy is. A lot of people are accountable and not just the MP or DCE.

Thinking outside the box is the key to get this dear nation of ours out of this predicament. Trying to politicize this issue will not help anybody. Let me ask the apologists of the NPP one question. The schools under trees that were removed from those locations and given permanent structures under the late President Atta Mills and John Mahama, were those schools not there during the eight year rule of President J.A. Kufour? If they were able to remove the number of schools President Atta Millls and John Mahama did during their first term, then their effort would have taken the removal of schools under trees to the next level, and this school in the Garu-Tenpane district would have formed part of this lot. It is precisely because Kufour failed to remove some of the schools under trees during his two terms in office, that is why we find ourselves in this situation, so instead of playing the blame game and throwing in all kinds of propaganda of they not accepting the deceptive promise of free education.let us analyse the issue and stop playingbthebblame game. let us together agree that our politicians have failed us. The call by a lot of people to develop a blue print for the development of our country is long overdue. When we have such a blue print, every successive government will have to follow up where their predessesors have left off. We cannot continue to blame this blame games and expect to develop this country. I personally think that like minds from all the current political party's existing should come together and form a third force to be able to rescue this country from these current politicians who have taken entrenched positions that threatens to divide this country. Tribal politics is the most dangerous thing that anybody can inflict on this country. The founding father Dr. Kwame Nkrumah consciously made efforts to keep this country as one people with a common destiny and we should not allow selfish politicians to do otherwise. May God bless our homeland Ghana and make our nation great and strong. May he protect us from these selfish and self-seeking individuals who only think about themselves.

Remember, your NDC HAS BORROWED MORE THAN ALL PAST GOVERNMENTS,PUT TOGETHER,BUT HAS NOTHING TO SHOW FORTH,IN OUR DEVELOPMENT.
I am not an NPP,CPP OR NDC SUPPORTER,but always defend CHILDREN,WHERE EVER I SEE INJUSTICE BEING DONE TO THEM.
No matter how you slice it,NDC IS A TOTAL A FAILURE TO THE NATION,AND ALL LIARS.
ABLAKWA brought a whole list to show to the world, that could be compared to:
THE NEW STRONG'S EXHAUSTIVE CONCORDANCE OF THE BIBLE,ONLY TO LIE ABOUT THE EFFORT MADE BY NDC TO ERADICATE
SCHOOLS UNDER TREE,
HE IS DAMN BLAST LIAR.
I remember, there was another SCHOOL UNDER TREE,LOCATED NEAR A FOREST RESERVE AT ASHANTI REGION,WHERE ANACONDA,PYTHONS,COBRAS,ATTACK KINDERGARTEN PUPILS.
How about that?
We have to face reality, but not just support blindly,if the economy is still not doing well,in the midst of plenty, offered to your NDC FOOLS.
Look, this school is located not at KOFORIDUA,where I come from,BUT AT THE BACKYARD OF NORTHERNERS,WHO ARE RULING GHANA.Therefore,I don't see your point here.
If they are not able to cater for their own,how can they rule the whole Ghana successfully?

How come the primary pupils have classes under trees in these morden and technological age? All the politicians are 100% CRIMINALS, stealing from state to enrich themselves. A country with pupolation of 24million with numerous natural resources(gold, manganese, bauxite, timber, cocoa, diamond, rubber, oil)yet our kids school under trees. EXcluding oil, the same resources during Dr.Kwame Nkrumah regime, he did exellent work for ghana.Dr. Nkrumah did not steal state money to enrich his family members BUT today what do we see? The developmental project done by Dr.Nkrumah are still strong as now. what do we see under politicians from 1966, they built today, it collased when it rains. Is time ghanaians must dractically vote AGAINST these NPP and NDC. God bless Dr.Nkrumah.

Why do we treat them so appallingly?
Ghanaweb, please use this forum to raise funds to build a proper school for these children. They deserve far better than this.
The problem is that this is not isolated. There are many children being educated in deplorable conditions. We need to develop our economy and earn more to be able to build the educational and other amenities we require.
Ministry of Education, Ghana education service, district assemblies, MPs, chiefs - you must address these problems in your areas. This is why you are in positions of responsibility.
