This is a stupid analysis,,although, there an element of truth, the massive infrastructure boom should not lead to shortage of dollar... we have to ask ourselves where will a trader in Ghana decide to take dollars for their product and services.. security of their capital.. We now have oil money suppose to come into the economy to cushion these infrastructure... the issue is mis-management, and lack of leadership. Based the same analysis, then Rwanda, Malaysia should be very very broke.
