  Agricultural sector needs improvement for a sustainable food insecurity in the country. Agric sector must be allocated with annually budget funds to enable to boostagriculture, facilitate trade and improve the environment for commercial activities. Government must try the possible best to increased the agriculture sector’s budget allocation in order to help boost it. For Ghana to achieve the Millennium Development Goal (MGD) 1 of halving extreme poverty and eradicating hunger by 2015 there is the need to reverse the trend by helping in improvement in production technology.
