  AFRICA DO HAVE PUPLIC UNIVERSITIES, RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS AND SO CALLED EDUCATED WITH BIG TITLES,WHY HAVE THEY FAILED TO PROPEL ECONOMIC GROWTH WITH THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION TO STIMULATE INDUSTRIALIZATION,MANUFACTURING, PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TO ACCELERATE JO CREATION, INCOME AND BETTER STANDARDS OF LIVING.
  
  THEN WE NEED TO QUESTION THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN AFRICA.
