    2billion dollars could even build a new port,ask the kenyans how much is costing them to build their new port in mombasa.

    Please kindly ban Ghana contractors from this big expansion project.Ghana contractors lack the expertise to handle this huge project.Please,look to China.Holland,Belgium ,Garmany and the U.S.A and Canada.Amen

    I believe,even KWAME NKRUMAH,also abrogated some contracts.
    Nkrumah was a communist but inherited the reign from the BRITISH,that are rather DEMOCRATS.
