why should the students be levied? Whys should the cost of the roads be borne by the students and not the road users? If you do not want to pay toll dont enter legon with a car just walk in free. The Hon. Minister for Roads said exactly OPPOSITE what this Flagstaff insider tells The Informer.
So who should Ghaians believe in - the minister or this powerful insider?
This raises questions about 'who is who?'in the government's communication machinery.

Of course if the government has enough funds to be build motorable roads for free use we will love it. But alas, for now, it does not appear possible. Please let us at least drive on good smooth roads.

Since the government is spending all its financial resources on meaningless foreign travel and paying per diems as well awarding contracts for boondoggle projects such planting trees and rearing akomfem, with the ostensible purpose of enriching its sycophants and the boys, there is nothing left for needed infrastructural projects like roads. Self help by communities through building and rehabilitating their own roads appears to be a sensible option as the government has abrogated its responsibilities.
