Where are d factories? Those who came after Nkrumah, rather chased the Ghanaian Entrepreneurs who have vision and seized their properties.   Again, the Bible calls us to take a cue from the ant, who works and saves against bad weather.
  The Japanese don't pray as much as we do and yet their economy is thriving.
  Let there be prayer in the country, let there be prayer at the seat of government but at the same time our leaders need to plan like Jehovah, the creator of the universe.
  Mahama should stop preaching and act.
  Recently, in one of his sermons, he asked us to have faith in him in order for the country to move forward. Well, one can have faith in a bank, but if the bank is not well organized, ones faith can be dashed.
  Ghanaians haven't forgotten how faith in the Co-Operative Bank dashed our hopes in the 80s; and how R5 dashed our hopes in the 90s.
  Mr President, the Bible says faith without works is dead, so therefore, show us your works by way of economic advancement and we would have faith in you.

  The Afrocan is notoriously religious but the most corrupt. The question then is how has religion imparted on our lives? The truth is we want everything from God either through miracle, luck or whatever. We even pray that peoples natural thinking will change to favour us. We pray for money when we are not working and we pray for jobs without going out to seek it. Kwesi is right. Go to secondary schools, at least in B/A and see. Academic grounds are gradually being transformed into prayer camps. What it means is that future productivity is at stake since students prefer attending religious gatherings to studies yet they cheat during exams.
  The bottom line is that if China with such a high population is doing so well we as Ghanaians should be able to do better than this. Our leaders are so selfish that they don't actually have time to think about Ghana they go outside to see how other countries are doing yet they come back to protect their selfish interest at the expense of Ghana. We should hold our leaders responsible for the woes of Ghana. Travel to Botswana and South Africa and see how they are collectively building their economy. One absolutely free of individualism favouritism an corruption. Shame on our leaders

  PRAYERS HAS NOT SOLVED OUR WATER AND ELECTRICITY PROBLEMS. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BENEFITTED FROM THE PRAYERS, FASTING, TITHES AND PRAISES, ARE THE PASTORS AND THE SO-CALLED MEN OF GOD. THEY GET RICHER AND FATTER. THEY ENCOURAGE US TO PAY TITHES AND PRAY. .

The continent has over 50% of our own resources; if this is so, then, where comes our poverty and the 'lalalasulala' we have been doing? Our leaders, apart from stopping to think years ago, are dishonest and are interested in their own pockets. How do you expect a country where ethnic considerations reign supreme progress? Just look at Mahama's government. Positions are given on ethnic considerations irrespective of whether the person is qualified and can deliver the goods or not. How do you expect a country of this nature to make any headway in it's economic developments? Recently, a whole minister, instead of saying or suggesting something sensible, came out with the suggestion that, communities should repair their own roads and charge tolls. Incredible, shielding the government's responsibility to the citizens? If this type of person is in your cabinet, then, what do you expect from the government? Kwesi Pratt , I like you for one thing: and that is, 'You call a spade a spade'.

Ghanaian leaders are brainwashed by the white man and accept any thing he tells them without thinking if it is in the best interests of Ghana or not - our so-called leaders have no clue or vision and think that selling state assets and so-called foreign direct investment is the way to development - they have forgotten that in order to progress as a country we have to produce and manufacture things, Where is the Ghanaian Nokia or Samsung or LG, or Mercedes or Microsoft? Why are we buying other peoples things when we have the natural resources to produce phones, PC's , Lap-tops and so on - since Ghanaian people like eating, why don't the NDC subsidies ALL ghanaian farmers and grow food to eat and export to other countries - it is a failure of the highest proportions that we are importing Kontonmire from Ivory Coast, Toamtoes from Burina and Italy, rice from China, India, USA, Vietnam etc - these foods can be grown here - Also Ghanaians are very greedy- why sell your land to chinese for 20,000 gh cedis and then he makes 100,000 gh cedis from your land - you see and lastly we go to church too much going to church does not develop your country as the bible says faith without DEEDS is dead - we must use our Deeds to build Ghana and not just pay lip service to mother Ghana - If we don't our children and grandchildren WILL suffer and WILL be slaves in their own country

Blacks worship god more than any other race in the world yet we are the poorest of all. In America, UK, Germany, Africa, Australia, Canada and many more, yet we fail to think why.   Down this offer because he is very much aware of the Ghanaian`s penchant for instant prosperity without having to break a sweat! If Pres JDM and his team listened to many of his free advice,he would been well on his way to delivering on many of his basketful of promises! People atually thought Mr. Pratt was kidding when he warned us about these mining companies,telling us that their contribution to our GDP was far less than we derived from exporting "Nkrantie"[grasscutters]! As usual, people lambasted him in the mass media, belittling his ideas as being far-left on the ideological spectrum. But guess where our own President chose to 'cry' about how companies engaged in the extractive industries in this country have treated us - Davos of all places! Should we be singing from the same hymnbook as Liberia? And how come we have boxed ourselves into such a corner that we cannot initiate and implement national policies that are favourable to this country?
  I can clearly see a whole array of 'interest groups' being led by the Ghana Chamber of Mines,that will line up against anybody that may want to change the status quo,in our dealings with these mining companies,like Mr. Pratt and a few others, have advocated for decades! Yes, a 'prophet' is never appreciated in his own country.

  Many of the factories are now non existent and so the farms
  Every region should be marked for production of one or two or even three products and its corresponding factory built to process the goods into finished products
  These should be run by public corporations with the bulk of shares coming from individuals in every region .The government will exempt these companies from taxes Rather the taxes should be used to expand the factories in order to absorb morelabour force Within few years the economy will change for good

Infact, the generality of Ghanaians are asking if the NDC gov't have being left with a lower middle income economy is thinking, and have demonstrated the ability to think, when the country from the evidence available points to a country which is heading towards the stone ages, but the NDC gov't would hire communication experts to engage in exalted propaganda. Ghanaians pray just for praying sake and do not undersatnd what religion is about. Working hard and inventing things has everything to do with your contribution to society and mankind. As we speak I am contributing an Audio mixer to my church. It is through hard work that I made the money for the purchase. The inventors and the workers who workd on it have also done their part. The church which is a house of worship needs the technology to deliver their message audibly. There in nothing like what is relevant or irrelevant technology. It is not confused people like you who determine what technology people should chose, there is something called market that does that job. For example Ghanaians and our president are now engaged in prayers, there is no market for prayers, the reason we are in hardship. Prayer is free and other nations do have better prayers, more truthful, uncorrupted and hardworking inventing things that markets are looking for. We all know of I-phones from US steve Jobs, you are not going to tell me Steve was not religious and never prayed? Not to tell me Gates is not a christian worshipper? Fast forward we are 30 years churning along with the same REVOLUTIONARIES turned democrats. What is the outcome? Obviously Kwasi has grown to see the results of his revolution. It is called TRICKLE UP POVERTY and LAZINESS = ENTITLEMENT SOCIETY. Everybody wants everything but will not work for it, government should supply. Government is controlling everything and has nothing to DISTRIBUTE. The little revenue generated by the system is SHARED among CRONIES. Can anyone in fairness of mind answer why a government should buy computers for journalist like Kwasi Pratt= BRIBERY? Where are the Ghanaian enterpreneurs? Where are the Scientist and Engineers? Where are the Farmers? Everyone is abroad producing for other nations where their value is appreciated and rewarded handsomely. We are left with the leftovers who are demotivated and at best SHOUT aloud to be heard by government for appointments to LOOT. The youth are now confused, they have worked hard through the MYOPIC education system to be told there are no jobs for them, how do you become productive with such an experience? Some have to pay the government agents to secure jobs that cannot earn living wages. Anybody with CAPITAL to invest remembers the STUPIDITY of the Ghanaian towards investments. Even those countrymen abroad with capital understands the wisdom of leaving your money in other investments abroad when retiring to Ghana. Thus we are in the situation we find ourselves today. Travel to China, buy inferior goods, back to Ghana, sell quickly and change your money before the riff raffs change the rules or confiscate your wealth. If Kwasi and his NDC cohorts want to understand why we are so unproductive they should not look further but themselves. We have to pray, why not? For there is no HOPE. We have lost the basics of taking care of ourselves. We must pray and pray and pray until manna drops from heaven. Prayer is very good when you have lost hope. Kwasi leave us to pray after you have looted our minds and wealth with your ideologies. Mahama will pray in the morning, in the afternoon, in the night, till dawn but manna will not fall; it is said in the gospel "HEAVEN HELP THOSE,WHO HELP THEMSELVES".

Maham and Kwasi are from the same school of Rawlings that thought us WEALTH is bad and evil. They claimed being wealthy is evil and deserves killing or humiliation except you are one of them. We have giving up trying and depend on our CRIMINALLY minded leaders for our needs. The NDC, Kwasi Pratss, Mills, Mahama's have failed to deliver.   This message must catch the eyes and minds of all well meaning people of Africa. Go to Elmina and Cape Coast castles and you wonder why rich Africans cannot come together to make lives better for their people. Instead they save their wealth abroad where the people have made a lot of wealth from Africa. And what also are our church leaders doing to make life pleasant for mankind? I don't understand why Churches and certain pastors have billions of dollars in their bank accounts while millions of people are hungry. Jesus fed his disciples. The disciples shared their wealth and no one lacked. I pray that churches will come together to establish small scale businesses to help the poor, needy and jobless. Take Mr. Pratt serious. All the Ghanaian toilettes are dug ones.Where are our railways?people in in high positions know how to steal and loot and deposite the money in foreign countries especiall in Europe and America.Our political elites send their children to America or Europe to attend school.we have Korle-Bu,Komfo Anokye,tamale hospital but instead for the Politicians to finance and equip these hospitals the go for medical check-ups in America or Europe.Politicians go for foreign loans so that they can get their share.the churches are now business establishments with their Pastors growing fatter.

  I live in Japan and I can tell you without mincing my words that without a manufacturing base, Ghana will go nowhere in its development. One other thing that I've noticed is that if we don't change our love for foreign goods, we'll never develope. Anyone who can take the time to look for the following two books, Asia Miracle Economies and Asia Tigers, they should take their time and read them and they will find out that when they started manufacturing their own goods, their nationals didn't see the goods as inferior, they patronised them. All those countries did a lot of "Try and Error" to get to where they are today. Ghanaians must wake up and work harder instead of praying harder.
