aren't the local banks suppose to pay levy to the local districts for the development?..banks are to be taxed base on their annual earnings.

Does anybody know how much profit the banks make yearly?
Do we lack Economists and Thinkers in our Authorities?
Does it make sense to take ALL their profit from them? (To teach them where power lies?)
