  The national coordinator of WANEP Ghana failed to do due diligence! Bombande is Executive Director of WANEP, Regional Secretariat which only happens to be based in Accra! There are national chapters in virtually all the 15 ECOWAS member states operating under the supervision of their respective national boards. The National Coordinator is supervised by a National Board. tHEY ARE THE ONES WHO SHOULD CALL THE COORDINATOR TO ORDER. BOMBANDE IS ONLY JUMPING THE GUN TO HELP MANAGE THE CONFUSION CREATED BY THE RELEASE OF AN IMMATURE DOCUMENT. But why the coordinator rushed to release a report like that as if it a blog he is posting on the web or a newspaper opinion he is posting beats my imagination! The National Board will need to ask him a few questions!!!Waa look at the embarrassment!!

  This Bombande guy is clearly undue pressure from a Government that is in denial of the hardships it is inflicting on Ghanaians. Or should I say a Government that fears the likely consequences of its stinking corruption and inhumane policies. Ghanaians are suffering .... that is a fact. And the suffering masses are bound to rise against their oppressors when they cannot bear the hardships anymore ...... that is to be expected. Whether we like it or not, that will happen. So Mr. Bombande, stop running away from the truth.

  The report is very accurate but not substandard. Everybody knows that armed robbery is the order in Ghana right now, targeted killings are rampant. The economy is in shambles and the leaders are confused.

  So why do we need a Regional Secretariat if the ED has no control over what is published. This is a disaster and Bombande should deal with it rather than trying to distance himself from the blunder.
