    Why do you publish a document which you think has not been peer reviewed? What are procedures put in place before a such a report is brought out?

    The report is very accurate but not substandard. Everybody knows that armed robbery is the order in Ghana right now, targeted killings are rampant. The economy is in shambles and the leaders are confused.

    So why do we need a Regional Secretariat if the ED has no control over what is published. This is a disaster and Bombande should deal with it rather than trying to distance himself from the blunder.
