When sombody dies they are take to mortuary for the doctors to find the cause of why that person died. Mortuary is not for storing dead bodies.

We have to have funeral house where the dead is store and charge till the relatives come for the body. Its not the duty of any hospital to be keeping dead bodies after they have finish with them.
Muslims will bury all those in the mortuary without relatives. Its very rewarding to bury the dead that is why Muslims cant wait to bury any body died within 24.
Its not the first time bodies have been left on the floor of Bolga hospital mortuary in some cases they were left out under a tree infront of the mortuary.
Why should any govt hospital be taking care of dead bodies. Mortuary is a butcher house where the dead is cut open and parts are take for test to see the cause of death.

And whilst it was stated that in addition to equipment, they needed specialist personnel, we have the likes of a Dr. Opuni, a trained Orthopedic Surgeon, who is looking at being a CEO of CocoaBod. Talk of square pegs in round holes!!!. Indeed, the challenges are daunting and requires visionary, incorruptible and committed leadership to first and foremost diagnose the problems, find solutions, implement and execute those solutions in a timely manner, whilst always seeking to maintain and improve on the right and expected results in an efficient manner. Sadly however, Ghana at present is saddled with the most corrupt, clueless, visionless looting cabal of an NDC gov't, whose outlook on governance is totally at variance with the noble and principled tenets and objectives of democracy as a tool for good, effective, transparent and accountable governance geared towards the manifest ideals of the public good. It has become to the NDC gov't, a free for all, create, loot and share whirlwind of reckless impunity on our national kitty and national assets involving their family and friends, with Ghana sinking further and further into the doldrums.

I think that an easier and less expensive way of handling the dead. When someone dies that means God is asking for him/her to come back to the creator; why defy God's request by holding on to the dead body?
