    It is our habit for not doing regular check up to see how our system is functioning. Blood pressure, cholesterol levels etc should be checked to know what is going on inside of us. Blood pressure can kill anyone instantly. ...

    Amen to your comments. I will also add regular exercise, good nutrition and positive attitude to the regimen. It is not enough to own the world and ignore the checkups and self management.
