  The rubberstamp parliament is worthless as the used toilet paper after a wipe. It is hard to believe so much goes wrong against statutory directives under the watchful eyes of this parliament. Contractors choose to complete work at their own leisure, leave highways with unmarked lanes and filthy with contruction materials and weeds on pavements and in traffic. Ghana is becoming a deplorable state managed and auspicesed under incompetence. Where are the thinkers ? Dont we have excess of which warranted high remarks in all circles of recognition enough to earn one leadership position at the UN and many at global institutions ?
  In Parliament a surrender of conscience is a marked trade off for partisanship and selfishness. Good reasoning takes a back seat.

  It is strange that Mr. Sam Pee Yalley now finds it as the right time for him to speak out in defense of his buddy President Mahama for all the mess that went wrong with the GYEEDA program. It is too late, Sir. Where were you when Mahama's Administration deliberately rushed through parliament his well calculated plan to establish a GYEEDA program without giving the opposition members the courtesy for them to express their opposing views on the subject?. You had every right to comment on the program at that critical time but you did not.
  People like you make us sick, and don't care about any thing you say because people like you always to turn to look the other way when you could have spoken out against wrong policies of the Government.
  Mr. Yalley to say that Ghanaians should not hold President Mahama responsible for the mismanagement that went on at the GYEEDA program is foolish because it was he, Mahama, who established the GYEEDA program. It was he, Mahama, who appointed the Management Team to administer the program. The people he, Mahama, appointed were his buddies and for that reason if they the Management Team have proven themselves beyond any stretch of reason that they were incompetent, irresponsible and may I add corrupt and were unfit to handle the assignment given to them, who should we blame.
  To me , the only person that I think should be blamed for the debacle of the GYEEDA program has to be President Mahama.
  To point a finger at somebody else other than the President who established the program and appointed his cronies and buddies to manage it is hypocrisy at its best.
  
  To say the least, President Mahama knew what he was doing, he had his own agenda for establishing the GYEEDA program which I think was his way of paying back his buddies for their years of unflinching support they have given him by giving them lucrative high official positions irrespective of their lack of knowledge, qualification and capacity to handle the responsibilities that go with the office.

  However,you air by saying that we should not blame Mahama because he put people in charge.Mahama by putting those people in charge assured the nation that he (Mahama) has made a good decision such that those in charge will act in the interest if the nation and by implication make mahama responsible for the action and inaction of those people.Mr sam Pee Yalley, every good leader or manager takes responsibility of his or her subordinates if you do not know sucker.

  Most of the MPs in parliament are useless because they can buy the people in their constituencies hence the vote. In the US, you cannot become a Senator without going through the local Assemblies. Civil society and the so-called tink tanks should call constitution amendment to put in place that "one can only become MP unless he/she has been an Assembly member. Again, redemarcation of the regions should be done to reduce the number of MPs. Since it will affect them, they will not allow that so the noise makers should make noise for the amendments than just the criticism. We know most of the MPs are redundant and are no use in parliament.

  LATER SOME 80 MPS SIGNED A LETTER CALLING FOR PARLIAMENT TO RECONVENE. HE HAD NO OPTION THAN TO RECALL PARLIAMENT. MEANWHILE WHILST THE ISSUE WAS TO BE DEBATED, HE AGAIN WAS CALLED BY J J RAWLINGS WHO HAS 40% SHARES IN 'FOR THIEVES GHANA' TO HANDS OFF AND HE HAD NO OPTION THAN TO DISMISS THE MOTION.
  
  THE QUESTION IS:
  
  'IF THAT IDIOT CALLED DOE ADJAHO KNEW THAT THE MATTER WAS BEFORE COURT, WHY DID HE RECALL PARLIAMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
  
  GOD WILL PUNISH ALL THOSE THIEVES.
