We are importing fuel into Ghana. How stupid can we be or how long are we going to be
stupid. Why should are body be importing you something that is free to the people. They do that to make money out of us.
Why cant we have the factories that can refine our oil. Reason, they will not have the control of the oil and it prices. One refinery in ghana since 1960s and you think its right to still have one in 2014.
The is no fuel shortage, its govt failure and they should be shames for not be able to add 1+2. If a govt cant predict the answer adding

Unlike Ghana,officials are aware of the sensitive positions they hold or represent, and make sure to do the people's business.
Executives never"toys" with the livelihoods of the people and turn around to give non existent excuses to cover-up their professional incompetence and administrative inefficiencies as Ghana ! Executives and all others actually work for the pay they receive at the end of the week or bi- monthly.
Moses Asaga's educational levels should have informed him that,inventions and innovations by the two Americans(Bill Gates and late Steve Jobs),then ordinary citizens,in information technology and telecommunications does not encourage years back executive inefficiencies cover-up with excuses.
