Rawlings is such a great man that nobody in Ghana can be compared with him. Even Kwame Nkrumah is not near him. Most of those Ghanaians who accuse him of killing doing what and what are all drug and cocaine dealers who have no mercy on Ghanaians. Beside that, their goal is to come and steal. Ghanaians should very prayerful for him to live long to safe guard to country as he has been doing. If we can get an Akan leader like Rawlings, my Great God, Ghana would have been great. Akans have really wasted more time occupying the leadership of Ghana by corrupting the nation while insisting that, stealing and corruption is part of their culture. I may quiet agreed withem, but it is not really part of Ghana`s culture but rather it belong to where they came from(Sudan). As an Akan, I wish we should strive to promote honesty and good leadership by emulating Rawlings life rather than practicing such a forged culture and custom of us.

You've run to hide in another persom's country because they over-looked their minor differences like tribe and nepotism and forged ahead as a nation to develop their economy, create jobs and prosperity for all. They stayed there for more than a week, apparently out of fright believing Ghanaians would go after them. He actually lambasted Atta Mills for accepting defeat. Rawlings wanted to use the Military to cause commotion and a possible take-over. We know of one of his top military men who stood against that action
