  Togo,that drills no oil now,even operates free port system,but having no problems with congestion at their port,saw it prudent/necessary,wise to expand it.

  Togo,that drills no oil now,even operates free port system,but having no problems with congestion at their port,saw it prudent/necessary,wise to expand it.
  GHANA,being the bigger of the two with oil flowing,turned death years to the congestion problems our ports face.
  Now that they saw TOGO expanding their only international seaport,the GHANA GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY HAS NOW STARTED TO SPARK THEIR BRAINS TO WORK ON THE PROBLEMS WITH CONGESTION AT OUR TWO OLD,ARCHAIC,EXPIRED,OUT OF TOUCH PORTS.
  ARE WE NOT FOOLS?
  TOGI IS SMARTER THAN GHANA.
