The police, several ambulances and news crews arrived at a car crash. As the police were taking photos of the scene, one of them was being interviewed by a reporter. This was a terrible accident and he wanted to remind people to be cautious:
"Most of these people died because they didn't wear their seat belts. Look at this guy here, he didn't wear his seat belt and he flew through the windshield and his arms are nowhere to be found. Look at that girl there, she didn't wear her seat belt and she's missing her arms and legs. Look at that guy there, he didn't wear his seat belt and half of him is in the car while the other half on the street. Now let's check the other car. See, everyone had their seat belts on and they all look like they did when they were alive."

in Gods name the driving issues is a very simple solution to stop all this horrible act or reduce it.first is start from the drivers license office.they issue drivers license to anyone without any good test.second,we dont have cameras on our highways to monitor over speed and the seat belt situation.third,Gh police corruption.they cant do anything about it,they cant protect us as a citizen,he will rather take bribe and let you go scot free.there must be a law and fines.if you dont wear a seatbelt and police sees you,you will be fine gh cede 10,if you over speed and a police sees you,you will be about 20 to 30 gh cedi,if we have all this laws and people pay this money each time they will come into their sense, that is how it is in europe and usa. but Gh police will rather take 1gh cedi and let you go free.how are we protected? you dont protect the citizen and you dont generate money for the government, all you know is bribe.why.implement laws with fines.wise up

The article has a good point, but it only seeks to divert all attention from the real issue. The issue being the cause of road accidents has no bearing with whether or not children in it wear seat belts. We may have to begin with compulsory installation of seat belts in all trotro first before his argument can hold. I think it's a wasteful article

good article. Let's begin by educating the public about the importance of seat belts. Then later move to enforcing the installment and the use of seat belts in all private cars and taxis (buses and some trotro cars may not be practicable). Offenders could be fined (though some corrupt police could use it to enrich themselves instead of enforcing the law)

Why kennedy becomes a bad person now if he only said the truth and called the AKANS Npp party gurus as a thieves? kennedy must go to the Disciplinary committee to demand his $1.5million, is that how the npp treat their
