ADVICE GHANAIANS REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS TO ADOPT THE MORTGAGE SYSTEM AND STOP RELYING ON THE GOVERNMENT.MORTGAGING HAS SEVERAL ADVANTAGES TO BOTH THE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER AND THE BUYERS. GOVT SHOULD SHIFT 75% OF THE HOUSING PROJECTS TO THE PRIVATE COMPANIES,BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL.WE NEED TOWNHOUSES,CONDOS AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS.GOVT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF SCHOOLS,HOSPITALS AND MINISTRIES ETC.
