Ideas doesn't mount members going public to crictize and jeopardizing the party whereas through dialogs and brainstorming issues could be sovled without spoiling the image of the party.

If NPP doesn't have a complain committee they must establish one for party members to channel their grievances through that committee to avoid these public outcries from certain greedy individuals who think they must satisfy their ego at all cost.A party is like a football team intertwined with all the postions being played, what happens when a position is weakly occupied ???

The Ahwois, Totobi Kwakye's, Alhaji Mahamas are not in the forefront but in the shadows of NDC operations.

However, the NDC braced itself and broke away from that chain. In fact, the party stood firm and performed credibly without the Rawlingses. Political parties should not survive on personalities.

It's time the NPP do away with the personality factor and shirk itself from the wings of the Kuffuour and Nana Addos. NPP can truly solve its problems without the Kuffuors and Nana Addos.

That's what the NPP should find out and see where they can make corrections. They should start from their candidate. It's a known fact that Nana Addo is a perfect candidate for NPP primaries but not a presidential material. He cannot win a national election for the NPP.

NPP should admit their mistakes and find solution to why they won only two regions out of ten.

That's the beauty of democrazy; that's what makes NPP unique among other parties in Ghana. Unfortunately, some of our leaders who ought to know better have allowed themselves to be deceived by NDC's grand plan to infiltrate our camp creating chaos and all sorts of divisive schemes that's help in no small way to affect progress and harmony in the party.

Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe is right to way the party should listen to Kuffour because in times of crisis we need the council and advise of noble leaders like Kuffour to soothe things up. When there seem to be chaos, the experience and leadership qualities needed to calm the situation can only be gotten from party elders like Kuffour and others. But the NPP is not going to fall, esp. knowing what's happened in the past few months before and after the 2012 elections.

Mr. Asamoah Gyamfi is also buoyant about the party's quest to lift itself above the current chaotic situation, and forge ahead to find solutions and plan for the next election. The party was founded on democratic principles and that allows every member to contribute their views in debates and contest for positions etc. Unlike other parties where election of presidential candidates etc. is made solely be one supreme individual or group of people, the NPP relies on the collective ideas of its larger delegates around the country to decide on it's agenda.

It's however strange to note how som party leaders, have lost their course to focus their attacks on an individual aspirant, in their bid to win support ahead of he national delegates conference, instead of filing for their nomination at the party's headquarters. This is where the problem begins; this what is creating divisions in the party. The party needs to unite more that ever, esp. after the election petition drama and the Supreme Court's biased verdict.

The party should find ways to unite through the sharing and debate on issues towards the 2016 and everything will be okay!
