  These 3 months appointments and extensions can delay a clear cut goals, missions, and visions. If you think the guy is OK or you do not have any "substantive" person to take over then just confirm him and then roll out the clubs expectations. If he fails to meet the expected outcome then you boot him out. After all that is the nature of the game or the business as usual. Any way, I have great admirations for Opoku Nti and I am confident that when given the required help, he can make the entire Kotoko family proud. Good luck Kotoko and may Good Bless Ghana soccer
