  It is obvious that MAHAMA has just read something about performance enhancing systems like he read about Information Technology systems he bombarded Ghanaians with during the presidential debate but doesn't have a clue as to how IT could used to enhance performance.
  Performance enhancement should be related to a VISION, GOALS AND TARGET OF PERFORMANCE, yet as at today no Ghanaian knows what MAHAMA's vision, goals and targets are, hence one wonders what performance MAHAMA is going to enhance. The corruption enhancement agenda or what?

Any person reading the president's statement with a basic understanding of control systems will think he is having a laugh. He can call whatever he wants but has nothing to do with performance. Its all nonsense.
