This strategy seem like a grandiose dream. What measures are they going to put in place to monitor such webbed-strategy? Remember Ghana our beloved country is now ''a cash cow''. In return what is US going to get? A days oil drilling is more that enough to pay off this fall. Even if this will materialise, what percentage of the population are going to benefit? I never knew we still have ''educated blinds'' in Ghana? People should know that ''NO FOREIGN COUNTRY'' would help you in any way to propel development unless we take the mantle ourselves.
