    There are a lot of people (not only doctors) outside there willing to return home, but the ground condition is still not setup for returnees.

    Anita Frimpong, you are a horrible writer. Your English leaves much more to be desired as a professional journalist. You need to proof-read your report before sending it out to the whole world to read.

    The medical council will frustrate you
    I know a number of experienced doctors
    from abroad who have tried in vain
    to work but the mafia doctors will fail
    you so that you will be frustratet
