The typical Ghanaian, matter of fact most Africans are lazy and visionless. They act like childern that will continue to be dependent till the end of time.
The most dangerous thing facing Ghana now is as a result of the corruption been perpetrated by the adults who do not sweat b4 reaping, the new generation also do not see the need to work hard. They dont want to work hard but get rich over night.
How can a nation develop with such a mindset? How will such a system be sustainable in the long term? And these new generation are the future leaders. We are in deep shit!

Ghana is suffering not only because of corruption and laziness, but because of the law of karma. I mean the law of NEMESIS, as a repercultion of the WICKEDNESS OF THE BUSIA ACO, where innocent people are brutalised by Ghanaians and their properties stolen from them. The cries of those people you CHEATED , just like the cry of Abel against Cain, is the cause of what you are witnessing today in Ghana. You might think that this is a joke, but trust me you haven't seen nothing yet. Not until Ghanaians atone the SINS of Busia ACO and pay retributions and apologise to Nigerians Yorubas for the wickedness of EVIL BUSIA ACO, then you haven't seen nothing yet. Ghana is under a curse
General News of Monday, 30 September 2013
Source: Daily Guide
Reverend Robert Joseph Mark-Robertson, Head Pastor of the Tanokrom branch of Christian Faith Church International, near Takoradi, says Ghana is under a curse.
“I recently had a revelation during which God told me that the country is under curse and no matter what we do, if the leaders and the people don’t repent from their evil deeds, the country will not succeed in whatever it does.
“Ghana is under curse because of the attitude of some political and religious leaders who are using their positions to only fight for their selfish interests to the detriment of the people, he indicated.
Speaking to Daily Guide in an interview, the reverend minister noted that the call for peace by Ghanaians was misplaced.
According to him, Ghanaians must pray, repent and reconcile with God to avert His wrath.
“Over the past few years, I get worried when I think about Ghana. The rate at which disasters have visited our doorsteps makes me panic and wonder if we are on the right path with the Almighty,” he said.
Making reference to Isaiah 3:1-5, Rev Mark-Robertson explained that whenever the Israelites suffered calamities beyond their understanding, they turned to God for reasons and He always answered them.
He chided some men of God in the country who extort money from their followers.
“Instead of these religious leaders to pray to avert God’s wrath on the nation, they have resorted to using certain dubious means to rob their church members of huge sums of money,” he added.
He alleged that some pastors, who operate what he termed as ‘one man churches,’ visit ‘juju’ men to get some spiritual powers to perform miracles and collect the monies of unsuspecting church members.
“Some religious leaders in Ghana have taken a cue from the traditional priests.
“I cannot fathom why majority of Ghanaians continue to live in abject poverty even though God has blessed this country with almost all we need to improve our standard of living. Ghana is indeed under a curse,” he alleged.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TYPICAL IBOs TRIBE! pt1
The IBOs (I, Before Others), tribe is naturally criminal inclined and they stop at nothing to pepertrate crime which comes with them as a way of life. The Yoruba people of South Western Nigeria has problem handling the influx of Ibo criminals from the East to Lagos just to engage in armed robbery, kidnapping and 419 scams. Ibo tribe have for many years advocated for a BIAFRA nation of their own and as such are known as people of BIAFRAN NATION than be called Nigerians. People should know how to separate the rest of law abiding Nigerians from the IBO CRIMINALS whose home country is the Eastern part of Nigeria. Some of them hide in Ghana pretending to be Ghanaians.
IBO man is easy to identify:
1. Typical IBO man is boastful (empty boast)
2. He is very aggresive on issues of money,
3. He appears to tell long stories of things he doesn't know much about just to capture your attention in preparation to dupe you,
4. He poses deceptively to con you,
5. He brags about things he has never owned in life,
6. He freely drops names of prominent people in society as his friends; whom actually he has never met,
7. An IBO man is easily identified by his strong Eastern Nigerian Ibo accent, (quite different from yoruba accent Ghanaians are familier with which in some cases are even used in drama stages)
8. The IBO man will boast about things he has never owned in his entire life,
9. The IBO man if not fair in complexion will bleach in order to acquire fairness cos to him that's the colour that attracts easy attention and for his easy passage in criminality,
10. The IBO people, unlike the rest of us prefer to wear emaculate western styled costumes, suits, shirts etc just to be called civilised and also pretent to be so,
11. The IBO man is loud and noisy in his public engagements wherever you find him, (they are the LOUSY AND LOUDEST tribe in Africa, with their usual loud mouth greetings of: IGBO KWENU! IGBO KWENU!).
12. The IBO man wants to be appreciated by the size and type of car he rides and this is what motivates an average Igbo man to engage in robbery and commit crimes just to archive that aim,
The Yorubas, Hausas and hosts of other Nigerian tribes are calm and reserved by nature. Therefore, people should begin asking the identity of these Igbo criminals and separate them from the rest of law abiding Nigerians.
to be continued

Were you one of the Nigerian people whose had to leave Ghana during Busia's time? If so, I can see why you have so much hatred for Ghanaians. Please do not hate Ghanaians for something that happened a long time ago. I was told that most of the people who were told to leave Ghana were not really contributing to Ghanaian society and may have been causing problems. It is bad that their property was stolen or seized. As I do not know much about this, I will not make any further comments. Sorry for this, but it does not mean that every Ghanaian has to pay for it.
I should remind you that Ghanaians were also thrown out of Nigeria during Rawlings' time. In fact, some were murdered by Nigerians who wanted them gone.

jj and all these foolish criminal ndc politicians again are trying to create a diversion and throw smoke screens in our eyes on the issue of corruption . our corruption is a different kind especially when is rooted in some minority group or tribe making war against the Akans so undermine the economy to push the Akans further into poverty and make them again massively pick up the passports and leave . Starting from the days of Nkrumah every minority ethnic group comes to power with the mentality of my time has come '' we go chop Ghana money some '' and do everything to ensure this . nkrumah using the old strategy of divide and rule , pit brother against brother divided the fanti speaking people into 2 regions , rawlings came and used the same methods to pit part of the fantis and ashantis against each other and now pepeni is [laying the same game of northerners against southerners and all non Akans against the Akans . Billions have been approved in parliament in the past few years and the monies disappeared meanwhile they shove down our throats stories of 3,5 million and rumours of CIA basically accusing Akans again of corruption as diversions to the real truth of the looting of those hiding behind the ndc party . our problem in a nutshell is hegemony tribalism and chauvinism and the evil fruits are corruption , destruction of the economy and treacherous enmity between brothers . with out the unification of all the potentials and peoples of the land there can be no progress or development leading to industrialization and real meaning well paying jobs for our children no matter the natural resources . that is also the the problem of the Arab world who will forever remain trapped in a quasi feudal society , we Akans choose a different path and will most surely secede as there is no other alternative , long live the republic of Akan

William you have correctly identified the problem and Dr Nduom is very much aware. Dr Nduom is simply highlighting some of the issues that clearly shows that the present government does not know where it is going or how to get there.
The MCA money is there and it is free, all you have to do is convince the donors in this case the US that you need the money and you know what to do with it, and that it will be beneficial to the growth and development of the country. The problem for our leaders is that this money must be accounted for and they do not want any accounting especially if it is to someone else.
So yes education is the bedrock of every developed nation and any nation that want to develop must embrace education, most especially science and technology.
The sad thing is that since the overthrow of the late Dr Kwame Nkrumah no one has paid any attention to the education system, and over the last three decades the appears to be a systematic and concerted effort to erode the fine education system we had in the sixties to the late seventies if I should dare say so.
And William I will appreciate it very much if you will find the time to read the PPP's 10 point Agenda which is attached.
Create a Just and disciplined society, with a passion for excellence with ten years and with science and technology as the cornerstone, become a higher level middle income country. This will include modernizing agriculture and providing a market to sustain our farmers and fishermen. And how are we going to achieve this?
Improve the Performance of Government by reforming state institutions, make government efficient and raise revenue to be able to pay public servant well to motivate them facilitate the work of the private sector and Ghanaian society in general.
Give power to the People for Development by sponsoring changing the constitution to enable the election of all District Assembly Members and District/Municipal/Metropolitan Chief Executives to ensure local accountability and rapid development. This we will do in one term. This has already be captured in the CRC report, which the ndc is trying to circumvent by nominating 5 to be screened.
Strengthen Parliament to perform its legislative duties effectively. Sponsor changing the Constitution to abolish the provision that allows Ministers of State to also serve as Members of Parliament. We believe that this move will make available for governance a large pool of qualified, experienced Ghanaian talent whose expertise is currently unused and therefore lost to Ghana. This we will aim to complete in one term of office. Concurrent with this objective will be a solid determination to give Parliament the facilities and resources needed to pass good laws and scrutinize the proposals submitted by the Executive effectively.
Provide Quality Education For Every Ghanaian Child. Standardize schools facilities from kindergarten to Senior High School with libraries, toilets, classrooms, kitchen, housing teachers, playground, etc: and Ensure free and compulsory education in public schools from kindergarten to Senior High School (including computer training). We will deploy an “Education Police” to enforce the compulsory aspect of our policy. An integral part of this objective will be an objective to significantly increase vocational training so that all school leavers gain employable skills. This will include a comprehensive sports program to instill discipline and promote better health.
Provide Energy for Industrialization and Rapid Development. Implement solutions with a sense of urgency to meet domestic needs for industry and domestic use and make Ghana a net exporter of power again in four years. To enable us achieve this objective, we will provide tax incentives to enable development of alternative source of fuel and power – bio fuels and solar. We aim to ensure that the contribution from alternative source of energy reaches a minimum of 10% of what we need in a decade. Harness our natural resources (particularly oil and gas) to ensure maximum benefit and prosperity for all Ghanaians.
Provide Better Healthcare and a Cleaner Environment. Ensure a cleaner environment free from preventable diseases like malaria, cholera and guinea worm. Provide affordable and accessible healthcare for all in every region. Ensure emergency care throughout the country to save lives. Our focus will be in the area of prevention where education is the key.
Attack Crime, The Drug Trade and Corruption. Attack crime, the drug trade and corruption aggressively using leadership by example, being modest in government, passing and implementing the Right to Information Bill and ensuring an independent prosecutors office exists separate from the Ministry of Justice. Strengthen the Narcotics Control Board to make it the agency responsible for fighting the drug trade with all the human, financial and other resources needed for success. Strengthen the Police Force by providing resource and training to fight crime.
Empower the Diaspora. Establish a Secretariat to cater for the needs of Ghanaians Abroad and the African Diaspora by June 30th 2013. Provide a support system to encourage re-entry, investment, safe and healthy vocations and transfer of knowledge and technology. Ensure full citizenship of Ghanaians Abroad so they can vote and serve in public sector positions.
Create Jobs. Use government’s purchasing power to ensure that we eat what we grow and use what we produce in Ghana. Improve Ghana’s business climate to enable investment in job creation so that our people will stay at home to help develop the country and its economy. We will be relentless in providing support to Ghanaian industry and our farmers and fishermen using low interest loans, technical assistance, tax incentives and priority access to the Ghanaian market. To accelerate job creation nationally, an inter-region highway will be built with the same high quality throughout the country to open up the country for investment and development.
Awake Ghana and Vote the PPP and Dr. Nduom to bring about Change, PROSPERITY IN PEACE.

There is no reason for one to be motivated in Ghana especially if born into a normal Ghanaian family where parents and siblings work for their pay checks.
Ghana is being destroyed because of the few cheats, hypocrites and morally bankrupt families around. The hypocrisy laden families, political parties and tribes in Ghana who happily engineered the removal of our so-called dictator Kwame Nkrumah are the very people who engineered the start of the looting that continues today. Under Nkrumah some Ghanaians were assured of a relatively good education and manageable post elementary education where there were sound room and boards for ambitious students. The post-Nkrumah era came with a bang where Acheampong and others use to reward tramps and cronies with hand written notes to pickup money from BoG officials. Ghana never recovered. Under J.J. Rawlings, Ghana saw a new breed of thieves, murderers and tribal zealots with elementary foresight who claimed to have brought sanity to governance in Ghana. They killed and abused their opponents, women and children. In the end J.J. Rawlings seized most of Nkrumah era government assets for his wife.
Under J.A Kufour the intensity for looting government assets went into high gear and it was only the Christian God and or Muslim Allah that saved Ghana from most of its yet unrealized oil revenues. Kufour not only stole more than all the previous governments put together but made private companies pay for existing in Ghana. For it was under the Kufour’s administration that most companies (all of the companies in the Ghana’s judgment debt saga) rendered services to Ghana government agencies and did not get paid. Kufour’s cronies contracted service on behalf of the government when they did not have the authority to engage in legal contracts. The entire judgment came about because of aggrieved contractors from the Kufour era who sought to be made whole under a clueless Atta-Mills government
Under the NDC administrations of Atta Mills and John Mahama they’ve did their share of stealing and mismanagement because in Ghana it pays to be a born and living thief if you are lucky to become a politician. There are no laws covering any politicians worth his or her name in salt. What is left for the 99 percent of Ghanaians, which happen to be Ghana’s poor who dare to dream, is a broke nation that is incapable of providing the facilities and or basic tools and equipment for post elementary school education. Our so-called colleges and Universities are nothing but money making shams where students can obtain all the classroom credentials but no one can have the wherewithal to engage in reasonable experimentation and or application of theories learned.
Paa Kwesi Nduom, it takes money to dream of flying balloons and or engaging in elementary research on how to launch satellites. Our monies have been stolen since Kotoka-Afrifa era; Ghana is broke and out. Paa Kwesi Nduom will not be selling drinks at his clubs if money did not matter.

Paa Kodwo, you need to realize things don't happen in isolation or better ex nihilo. If Kwame Nkrumah had not amassed power to himself, there would have been no need to overthrow him.If he hadn't changed our constitution so that he remained in power for life, Ghana would, today, be like Zimbabwe with a leader nearly ninety years old and still calling the shots.
That is not to justify his illegal overthrow, but Nkrumah left his distractors no choice.
As for our country,we could have moved on and done better if those who came after him didn't use his designed template for their own selfish reasons.
Ghanaians can only enjoy better governance if we limit our dependence on those we elect to be temporally custodians of our national affairs.

Not all Ghanaians are lazy. You find a lot of Ghanaians especially women working hard to earn income to make ends meet and to take care of themselves and their children and at times their husbands who are not earning enough at work or not working. The problems in Ghana stem from corruption, lack of opportunities, lack of the right leadership and inefficiency.Iam very sure that if answers are found for these problems the progress of the nation will be accelerated and its poverty arrested.CORRUPTION IS UNDENIABLY THE ONE SINGLE FACTOR THAT HAS CONTRIBUTED MORE TO MAKING GHANA POOR, ESPECIALLY CORRUPTION BY PUBLIC SERVANTS.
,ESPECIALLY CORRUPTION BY PUBLIC.

Ghana is poor because of corruption and not laziness mr Nduom accessement statistical on laziness is baseless and don't carry any scientific prove.Ghana is poor because Mahama administration do not do business with Ghanaians and does business with foreigners.President Mahama since becoming the ruler of Ghana has develop the passion to hate local contractors in both road and housing include GREDA not giving them contracts.According to president Mahama he has eating the meat to the bone.Inventors and innovators are crying for help from the government to partner them to help create both skills and jobs for the unemploy graduates and undergraduates. If Ghanaians are lazy we will not have people like Apostle Kwadjo Safo,Asidu Abudu,dr Afari,Mr Daniel Dagba,Gideon Agyare,Dr Robert Woode,Prof Francis Allotey,Albert Arthur,Osko industry,Late Ounamoah, farmers, kayayei.miners.ect.Mr Nduom apart from prisons and orphants which among Ghanaians depend on Government even mentally challenge people go around to beg to eat and Mahama adminitration has wasted over US$20billion and still contractors have not been paid and have to abandon work because they can pay their workers.Doctors,Teachers and Nurses work hard and still not jet paid.Mr Nduom i think you need to appologise to GHANAIANS for using the word laziness.

Hazor, are you really denying that laziness does not exist in Ghana? You have named a handful of people who have proved themselves to be hardworking but can't you just as easily name double that number of people you personally know and can confirm that are lazy? Using the word lazy is not an insult if it is a fact, accepting reality is the first step to making progress. Some people work very hard at being lazy, they take shortcuts by buying certificates, faking CVs, bribing their way into jobs they are too lazy to perform, and still claim to be very busy. Of course they are busy being lazy!!
