  Kutu was meeting girls at Kojo Sardine where Gulf cars were distributed. I remembered how students were mauled under Kutu.

Why do you Ewes always want to fan tribal sentiments at the least opportunity? Why do you Ewes think that anything has got to do with Akans, is worthless, bad, but if it's Ewes who have even committed murder, then it's good? You people are inviting unnecessary trouble for yourselves, because of this stupid tribal game you play all the time. Why you always want to trade in war of words with Akans for no reason, beats my imagination. When gunpowder comes into close contact with fire, there is an explosive boom! That is what you people are calling for. Make no mistake at all, for even a small Akan group like the Akwamus, are Ewes most feared rivals. They've caused so much irreparable damage to Ewes during the series of battles they've fought over the years? If you don't know, ask. Your man, that criminal element called Rawlings, who will never learn to keep his trokosi mouth shut, executed many top Military Officers, including three innocent High Court judges, one of who was a pregnant mother, who were murdered in cold blood. Their bodies were set on fire, but God brought down heavy rain that day, which quenched the fire, making it possible for their bodies to be identified. Their blood is still calling out loud for vengeance. Women were stripped naked and paraded on the streets, and flogged by Rawlings' AFRC soldiers, most of whom were young enough to be sons of these women they mercilessly maltreated and tormented. Corruption was so rife, so endemic and more prevalent in his time, yet nobody is accusing Papa J. Sadly, or rather annoyingly, he thinks he has the moral justification to accuse Kufuor of monopolizing corruption. Tsatsu Tsikata the Thief, embezzled huge, 'gargantuan' sum of money belonging to Ghana. Today, he walks out there beating his chest, and thinking he's smarter. He shouldn't have been pardoned by Kufuor, and been made to rot in jail where he belongs. I'm sure if Nkrumah had been an Ewe, the Ewe people would have hailed him as being better than Mandela. Atsu Tsatsu, if these men had been Akans, Gas, etc, I know you Ewes would be crying for their blood. Nemesis, do you know nemesis?...It will surely catch on all these evildoers, who today rather think that they've eluded everybody. If they're not punished, then God's words can't be true. But everything that God has said shall come to pass. That's why, although it looks painful the circumstances surrounding Prof Kofi Awoonor's death, many people still think that he deserved to die that way(Al Qaeda style), the evil that he was. Read some of his literary works, the things he wrote and said about Akans. That is exactly what has been passed on from generation to generation. Mark my words, no Ewe man will ever be president in this country again, after JJ, who even came to power illegally, through the barrel of the gun. In Ghana, a lot of private companies are owned by people who are not Ewes. The point here is that, these Akan employers don't discriminate against any Ewe. An example is Kwami Sefa Kaye of Peace FM, who has been doing this job for years. How many Ewe employers, if there are some at all, would keep an Akan and even allow him to feature as the anchorman for any years? He would even be eliminated by the few Ewes around, like it's happening in our public institutions, where Ewes use fair or foul means to eliminate by dirty 'juju', people who have genuinely and tiredlessly over the years, rose through the ranks to acquire their present status. This is common knowledge. So the question is, what is it? Is it a curse, a mindset, an inborn, innate greed, selfishness, backwardness, shallow-mindedness, hatred? Whatever it is, only God knows.

JJ has used an indemnity clause to immune himself against prosecution and jail term. When the right time comes, that immunity would be scrapped, and we shall see what would happen to him. It's surprising how Ewes tribalize everything. What is it that they want from Akans, the majority tribe, and the most powerful? It's not their fault, Kwame Nkrumah must be blamed for all this. They won't even remember. Put an Ewe dog down for presidential elections, and they'll vote for it. Oh, yes, it wasn't for nothing that their wicked King Agorkorle or whatever his name was, brutally tormented them, his own people.

  Did Kutu imprison people without trial, or before kangaroo trails, did come to power via coupe de'tat? Was Kutu corrupt, leading members of his government looted the treasury?
  Did he send troops to the universities to shoot maim and kill?
  
  If answer to the affirmative to any one o these questions is in the affirmative, then you cannot compare Kutu to Mandela. How can we compare evil to goodness, except both were visit on humankind.

If Ewes desist from their animalistic tribalism, there shall be total quiet and peace. If you don't arouse a wild dog, it lies peacefully. Unless you want to see its true colours. Not until they stop fanning tribal sentiments, they'll always be met boot for boot, equal measure, that's the game. Tell me, how many times have people dwelt on the real issues at stake?
