If you care to know, NDC and her members did not burst into the same outcry during Agyarko's time as FDB boss because they are descerning, mannered and intellectually honest.
Above all, they respect the laws of Ghana irrespective of the president being corruption monopoly president.

Starting from the days of Nkrumah every minority ethnic group comes to power with the mentality of my time has come '' we go chop Ghana money some '' and do everything to ensure this . nkrumah using the old strategy of divide and rule , pit brother against brother divided the fanti speaking people into 2 regions , rawlings came and used the same methods to pit part of the fantis and ashantis against each other and now pepeni is [laying the same game of northerners against southerners and all non Akans against the Akans . Billions have been approved in parliament in the past few years and the monies disappeared meanwhile they shove down our throats stories of 3,5 million and rumours of CIA basically accusing Akans again of corruption as diversions to the real truth of the looting of those hiding behind the ndc party . our problem in a nutshell is hegemony tribalism and chauvinism and the evil fruits are corruption , destruction of the economy and treacherous enmity between brothers . with out the unification of all the potentials and peoples of the land there can be no progress or development leading to industrialization and real meaning well paying jobs for our children no matter the natural resources . that is also the the problem of the Arab world who will forever remain trapped in a quasi feudal society , we Akans choose a different path and will most surely secede as there is no other alternative , long live the republic of Akan

Cherished readers of The Informer will be traumatized to realize that on two occasions, May 8, 2008 and July 8, 2008, Mr. Emmanuel Kyeremateng Agyarko signed letters ordering Tobinco to re-export Pharmaceutical products, which had been brought into the country without the necessary permit or approval.

On May 8, 2008, Mr. Agyarko, in a letter addressed to the Superintendent Pharmacist of Tobinco Company Limited, ordered that a total of 600,000 bottles of AMOQ SUSPENSION (Amodiaquine 125mg/5ml) imported from an Indian company, Ally Pharma Options Pvt Limited be re-exported.

The reason for the re-exportation and refusal of the country’s authorities for the drugs to be sold on the Ghanaian market, according to Mr. Agyarko, was that the importation contravened Section 18 of the Food and Drugs Law 1992 (PNDCL 305B) and its amendment act 523, 1996 after an evaluation by the then FDB.

The government should have helped the citizenry,by placing subsidies on authentic medications from USA,CANADA,& EUROPEAN COUNTRIES,so Ghanaians could have had the chance of escaping unnecessary deaths,sicknesses,that come from the use all these FAKE,INFERIOR,UNTESTED,UNAPPROVED MEDICATIONS from INDIA & CHINA.
The pharmaceutical companies who import medications into the country,have seen that,the government is not doing the right thing for the citizenry,therefore taken the ADVANTAGE TO USE YOU ANY HOW,IN IMPORTING FAKE,CHEAP,INFERIOR DRUGS FOR THE CITIZENRY.
