i have contended that packing maxwell konadu, nasamu yakubu & saban quaye on the technical bench was a collosal deservice GFA caused to ghana football.
none of these ex footballers carries any enviable pedigree. none ever played for the blackstars in an international tournament. saban quaye is just there like an errand boy. team managers do more than that. maxwell konadu has no pedigree in international football at the senior level. as for nasamu yakubu i don't think he lasted more than 2 seasons in the ghana premier league. we need a person like joseph carr or simon addo to relive nasamu yakubu. joe addo could be a more effective team manager than saban quaye and maxwell konadu is dwarfed by the likes of amokachi, rogobert song and ibrahim tanko.
