  In 1977 cooperatives were building 15 story burnt brick buildings in Russia.

  WE DO NOT NEED GOVT TO PROVIDE US WITH HOUSES. THE HOUSING PROJECTS MUST BE WHOLLY EXECUTED BY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS. WE MUST ALLOW EXTERNAL REALTORS TO COME AND BUILD THE HOUSES. GHANA MUST GO FOR MORTGAGING. GOVT MUST CUT ...

GHANA MUST GO FOR MORTGAGING. GOVT MUST CUT DOWN NEW BUILDING PLANS BY 90%.THE TEN% SHOULD BE FOR GOVT INSTITUTIONS.THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES USE THE MORTGAGE SYSTEM. IT HAS TWO ADVANTAGES VIZ. GOVT SAVES FUNDS FOR OTHER PROJECTS 2 THE CITIZENS OWN THEIR HOUSES WHILE THEY ARE WORKING.NO WASTE AND CORRUPTION IN THE MINISTRIES.
