    What do you mean by bad engineers?
    Is it the design, the spec or the supervision or what? If it is only the supervision that made BAD engineers, then I think you have not got it.
    Please check your head again and come.

    Not true! The engineers are not that bad. But the bad things starts with you the minister. Why can`t you hold contractors to the contractual terms? Its because you took a bribe to award the contract so do not come out to badm ...

    THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST STATEMENTS TO EVER COME FROM A MINISTER. GIS DO YOUR JOB AND SANCTION THESE SCRUPULOUS ENGINEERS WHO COLLUDES WITH THE CONTRACTOR. THEIR JOB IS TO MONITOR THE CONSTRUCTION.
