Odartey might thank his stars he is not in USA, especially Texas because the DNA would not have made any difference if he had his name on the childrens birth certificate as the father and since the children grew up knowing him as the father, the DNA will not make any difference in the division of the marital assets. This law pertains in most of the states in USA.

If you are in doubt of the paternity of your pregnant wife or girlfriend, do the DNA as soon as possible

My brother ,if such a situation had never happened to you,or a relative,you will never know the feel of it.I was trying to bring my kids to the US and it was then i found out through DNA (from reputable lab LABCORP)that my first born who was then 18yrs was not mine.Birth certificate or not I wasn't given the Visa.her other siblings in US today.Sometimes we need to be careful with others situations and know what to comment on them,imagine if it was you or your family member.

The man was not given a copy of the dna. the judge just read the results to the man and woman that all 4 children belong to the man. Later it was suspected that the judge had been bribed. That is why a copy was not given to him. I have been to waju with friends. The staff at waju are criminals. The woman is now saying that she has regretted sending the man to waju. She should be careful because the man has gone for a copy and has found out the truth.

For his part,the only 'setback' this guy can suffer is the additional needless expense he may have to incur for a new DNA testing sanctioned under the order of a court. Odartey and his attys. should push for this in court,knowing they have a leg up on this woman. Please do no loose sight of the fact that this gentlman`s name and signatures appear on the childrens` birth certificate,is presumed to enjoy equal parental rights as the mother.
About 5 or 6 years ago,another local lady who tried to take an Amsterdam-based Ghanaian businessman to the cleaners,was publicly shamed and thrown out of court when she disputed two or three separate court-ordered DNA test results!
