    The original structures were steel and corrugated sheets till Jerry Rawlings gave it this permanent structures. However we still have to maintain them

    I agree, maintenance has always been our problem. Not only NDC is guilty of this. All previous governments have been the same in Ghana. Let it deteriorate, then find money to build a new one has always been the attitude
