  What 64kg approved govt rate? An insider who now lives in the UK says the private companies allow their clerks 70kg and then 4kg extra for their "administrative trouble"

  So indeed these poor farmers are taking 74kgs to weigh and are being paid 64kg.
  Talk about "a yee fe notse" ( in Ga)

  just as when you sell scrap metal in usa and its large amount your drive your truck across weigh bridge loaded, then drive again empty. subtract the weight of truck! most usa scales( weight bridge) now have electronic display ...
