this matter of hammah is the most serious of all as it proves most importantly that the verdict was tampered with. her greed is of no consequence as it isnt impossible to make a million if after 8 years on invests her earnings into real estate development for example which actually proves her estimate to be right . what is damning here is the fact that pepeni's pillow talk is leading the country into a constitutional crisis if he doesn't resign or is impeached with a immediate effect. by sacking her admits to her letting the cat out of the bag that he bribed the judges and is therefor an illegitimate president with an illegitimate govt. we consider any decision from today onwards nun and void and not binding . any loan or monies spent we shall not honor , also to the weak npp we say to you also , participating in this sweep under the carpet and lets get back to business as usual is more than just shameful. the institutions of state such as the army , police bni , judicial should all be telling us they are conducting investigations and are ready to arrest pepeni and the culprits immediately as the true rule of law must be upheld . pepeni start packing .as was Mary Magdalena instrumental so is Victoria mahama we love you and shall even marry your harlot ashawo ass as you have been unwittingly an instrument of God in once again exposing these pepeni and ayigbe criminals . long live the republic of Akan

No wonder they are stealing left and right. About 50% of Ghanaian voters have allowed the NDC to change the face of politics in Ghana. Rather than vote for competent, honest and visionary leaders, they vote for liars, loud mouth, propagandists, greedy bastards etc. Until and unless those Ghanaians who vote on the lies of tribalism, beauty etc grow up Ghana will continue to sink. Nobody is asking the CJ to "sack" any SC-Judge. And if the call on her to investigate the allegations on tape is "reducing her to pettiness", then, the reaction of the President can only be found in the gutters, according to your own definition of standards

Sacking based on careless, thoughtless and unguarded gaffes coming from no less a person than a Deputy COMMUNCATIONS minister which brings the name and reputation of a government and respectable Justice system into disrepute is completely different from calling on the CJ to institute an investigation(what purpose will it serve?) based those same utterances.

Rather regroup and strategise for 2016. It will be time, energy and resources well spent.

She was heard on the tape saying: "I learnt even before the verdict, Nana (Oye Lithur) was with the Justices and all that. You don’t know the role she has played for us to win the court case..."

This is a government that believes it is managing the country for the benefit of the NDC not Ghana as most people now feel excluded from participating in Ghana's development which has been reduced to the bare bones, in the president's own words, through the proliferation of Planning, looting and sharing the country's resources, ad finitum.

The country is being managed by propaganda, lies and untruth. Every statement from government spokespersons is not credible; with elements of untruth embedded. When asked to explain the rationale for sacking Victoria all Ayariga can say is that the president does not need to explain his actions to the people who put him there. How is that for a communication minister and a communications guru as president (supposed to have done a degree in communications) who appear not to have a clue about governance.

If the government is not honest enough to tell the nation the truth or explain to the people who voted them in, what they are doing, how and why they are doing or have done what they have done in terms of decisions then the people are left with no choice but perceive what they want to perceive to be the truth based on what information they receive or read.

If Mahama does not see the need to address the nation on TV and explain to the people who put him there why he has sacked Victoria, then in terms of explanations, innuendos, rumours, fiction and non-fiction, it is a free for all and all manners of stories will come out.

This is not how an information ministry of a government at this level, should manage information. It is an art and the current appointees who are mostly inexperienced out of college boys, have not got a clue. Ghana is not the personal property of Mahama or ndc; they cannot behave in anyway they like.

After 'wasting' eight months of the people's time, how could Atuguba use a mere four minutes to give that contracdictory verdict and hope to have any integrity in the eyes of the entire world?
Fred, you have no idea what is coming to those corrupt judges! The curses of the mouths of millions of Ghanaians will surely take effect, however long it may take. So stop pleading for the protection of the non-existent integrity of Atuguba JSC and co, and pray for their souls.
When the secretary of the NPP appeared before the panel on contempt charges, this insincere Atuguba was shouting abuse on people who had supposedly secured their visas for fleeing the country in case any chaos errupted; little did the world know that Atuguba was rather talking about himself! Can't you perceive that such behaviour by Atuguba is itself a curse?
Let us all call a spade, a spade. Atuguba and his panel have not been faithful to Ghana, and they must be condemned and disgraced. The only way for the judiciary to regain its credibility is for the Chief Justice to act, and act fast.

KUFOUR EMPANEL SUPREME COURT JUSTICES TO SIT ON A CASE TO DETERMINE THE PROSECUTION OF TSATSU. THE JUSTICES RULED ON NO CASE AGAINST TSATSU AND WHAT DID THE PRESIDENT KUFOUR DO? HE ADDED MORE JUSTICES TO OVER TURN THE EARLIER RULING AND THUS HE COULD JAIL TSATSU WRONGFULLY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING FOR INQUIRIES AND PROBE OVER SUPREME COURT JUSTICES ON THE VERDICT.

reprecussions? If someone threatened the Fred Agbenyo's family, would slick Agbenyo sit aloof and on the side lines becoz he does not want to insult the threatening guy's integrity? Wise up Agbenyo and stop using politics as a shield. Matters of State must be taken seriously without fear or favouritism.
