    This prof is a joke. His proposals are so pedestrian. How much of the wage bill is made up of ministers salary? How far will the pin move by slashing the ministers' salaries? If he has not suggestion he should stay quiet.

    He confused Bank of Ghana with the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank. The U.S Federal Reserve is a Private Institution and independent from the U.S. Treasury.

    Prof. You have said it all. We need resolute decisions to save our dwindling and dismal economy. It is a difficult task. If Ghana is to be run as business, it would have been liquidated long time. God help our nation.
