A lot of the "leakages" the national treasury experiences, takes place withn the Health and Educational sectors which command 'huge' envelopes
as far as overall national espenditures are concerned. And these are precisely the areas where the 'crusade' against graft should focus on!

Headquaqrters should be BOLD and hand these Heads teir PINK slips! How can these individuals enforce discipline in their schools when they brazenly flout policy directives from higher-ups?
I head the Headmaster of Mfantipim on TV trying to rationalize his CORRUPT ways with a rather vain and ridiculous excuse that,a school like his, has standards to maintain, and thus, by extension,he should be allowed to do what he pleases!
My response to this kind of nonsense would be post him to a school in the 'boonies' where there is an obvious need to elevate the quality of education.
Many of these second cycle shool administrators have become 'tin-gods' in their little enclaves and feel they can 'do their own thing! Many have become 'filthy' rich, and can afford to take expensive vacations with their families on 'poor' pay packets they have consistently complained about. Many of them are worse than the much-despised CEPS officials.

It is a bad thing to hear about these bad headteachers for charging unapproved fees. What a wicked and greedy behaviour of these devilish headteachers.
They are aware everybody is complaining about corruption in Ghana, so why all these. Parents are crying because they do not have enough to pay their wards' school fees, and if this is known to them [the headteachers] then why are they doing this to parents? My question is are they doing this to undermine the Mahama's NDC government so that the tribal minded Ashantis could have proof to lambast Mahama and NDC for what they have not done?.
Ghana is now a rotten nation. Can this happen in the eyes of Nkrumah? Ofcourse, big NO. The curse and the sickness in Ghana today is if you sanction them or sack these wicked headteachers, you will be surprised to see the same people being defended coming out to criticise the GES and to some extent even attacking the Mahama government.
What a curse people that Ghana has? I call it shame shame and disgraceful affairs of low mentality full of wickedness and greediness. Basically Ghanaians are at a level that they do not know what they want, especially if one studies closely their actions and reactions over many matters. It is all sad.
