    Teachers and for that matter government workers must learn from the past that strikes are no longer their weapon to address their grievances, they must find alternatives and stop these old ways of solving issues.

    Why are we complicating things as a nation. Why dont we just calculate the total that is due to a teacher and call it Salary as done in other countries. Breaking these things down into components is not helping anyone. Someon ...

    So now everyone wants allowance///what are they using their salaries for>? Just fired them all and ask them to reapply... then give them a contract to sign... if you dont like it quit...and let those who want to work ...work. ...

    THE STRIKE MUST GO ON UNTIL THERE A DEAL IS BROKEN, THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO GO BACK TO TEACH WILL NEVER FILL HAPPY AMONG THEIR COLLEAGUES. THE STRIKE MUST CONTINUE
