    No money but yet, you keep appointing more ministers & paying them to do absolutely nothing. I've never heard of schools asking parents to pay light bills. Ghana have sunk this low. Smh.

    Kwaku, Mahama is no where near a PhD. I agree that the free education in the North needs to end. I know many children in the South who could not go to secondary schools because their parents could not afford.
