The main mission of the Kufuor administration was to take everything that belonged to us all for only themselves. Nana's role was to find legal means of appropriating state properties to NPP members. But Nana was so incompetent that Kufuor had to sack him!

In fact, Nana Addo has been the most useless AG ever. Even Kufuor had to sack him when he was completely lost the AG's Dept - Tsatsu was teaching him the ABC of law. Even we the lay people could see clearly that Nana was useless there and this lent credence to the question as to whether Nana is a lawyer.

But as for criticising and deceiving voters, give Nana A++. But God knew that this man would mess up Ghana if given the chance so He intervened divinely.

People are forgetting that all these Judgement Debts (JDs) started during Nana's time. In fact Nana Addo invented JDs. He guided the state attorneys not to investigate cases properly so as to ensure the state lost. And he would not allow them to appear in court and so the Judges had to give a default judgement in favour of the claimant. Surly Nana was behind all those claimants. Even in the case of the GNPC DRILL SHIP there was no judgement. Now that JM is taking effective steps to stamp out JDs, just look at how these all-die-be-die idiots are twisting things?

Nana as Foreign Minister spearheaded the stealing of the ministry's lands. Even the lands meant for the ministry's HQ was looted and and shared among NPP top thieves. And to cover their tracks they enticed Georgina Woode (the CJ) into accepting the plot where the Foreign Ministry's building now stands! So the plot and collusion were complete. But God racked that anti-pepople deal open by ensuring that the pro-people NDC came to power to redeem government properties from thieves.

We must all thank God for not giving Nana any chance near the seat of Power.

I do not remember if they collected the loot back if there were any at all. it was causing financial loss to the state. and we all know Tsatsu never got a free trial and as far 2001 NPP begun their loot. It is puzzlling that our late learnt Tax Professor, Atta Mills prevented every effort to investigate the NPP 8 years stewardship, though the rot were stinging every where every place in ghana and then organize Wayome, waterville, Issofotone among others. what is painful is that fellow Ghanaians are not uniting on the stand that any kind of corruption is bad to the people of ghana no matter the culprit and which matter he/she belongs and we must stand together and retrieve the money for the development of the Country. Who was in power in 2005? Are you saying Kufour left konadu loose or the due process under Nana Akufu addo as Attoney General under Kufour was non functional Mr Edward? If you have any important information that can help to prosecute Konadu than what the Kufour and Nana Addo did during their 8 years in office you can tend it to the commission. You might be of help to your mother Ghana if the 22, 147, 145, 136.45 is retrieve to pave the bad road, the dilapidated schools, bridges to mention just a few for your benefit in particular and the public at large.

But a whole government usurped the function of GNPC; in the process shady deals transpired…” he asserted.

But should anyone be surprised? Did Kufuor not do the same or similar thing, with Ghana Telecom, usurping its power and authority? Did he and his NPP party not immediately begin to implement their corruption agenda as soon as they won the election in 2000? How does a President of a country, who had no experience with telecommunication issues, go to London to persoally meet with Vodafone Executives and sell Ghana Telecom to them? Is it not alleged that Kufuor sold the company to Vodafone for a pittance (i.e., $90 million) and took a $30 million bribe for doing so, while a South African company had offered $230 million for the same Ghana Telecom? Did he not reject this latter offer because he kniew he couldn't make the $30 million personal gain from the transaction?

One day some of these NPP corrupt practices which they think they've buried for ever will come to light and we'll then see what happens.

I will entreat all and saundry to hold their "fire" until the commission comes to the end of its work. Justice Appau is competent and knows what he is doing. Ofosu, I believe many realistic rational citizens of Ghana surely support your position taken to help make sure every wrong person is brought to justice concerning their committed crime against Ghana in relation to the drill ship deal that had convinced every non political and tribal bigots that Kufour and his NPP team that ruled Ghana did a lot of unexpected bad things against us in secrect. That is one of the differences between the NPP and the NDC gov't. The NPP party is one that is completely against all forms of rot, all forms of wrongful acts that stymies the growth and development of the nation. It is in the nature of the NPP. That is a code they standby. It is inherently inbuilt by their upbringing, by their value systems, by their very outlook on life, to completely nip in the bud, any untoward activities orchestrated by those entrusted with power, who abuse such power for their personal gain, and the whole NPP party from members to sympathizers, have this value system, and they are grossly unapologetic about it.
It's very informative that, the NDC gov't acknowledges that, the money is not with the NPP party, and that the money was actually paid to the parties in question. That is very instructive to note, because, it would have been problematic if they were asking for the money from the NPP. Now, since the documents were lodged in the appropriate quarters, the NDC party in gov't and in power, should make those documents available, because, there was a handing over committee, in which the NDC gov't spent a little over a whooping 1 .5 billion cedis to just drink tea and invited party footsoldiers to even partake in this exercise. If there are any documents concerning this matter, the NDC gov't in power should be the best party to provide it, so they should provide the documents concerning the transactions. Anything short of that, would be highly unacceptable, because they have the documents.
