    Mr Bentil may be right in most of the prescriptions he has offered, but where he said the Govt Appointee should be bold enough to NOT do any such thing they don't think is right and rather resign, I have problems

    I agree with Kofi Bentil. Resignations over principals are common in advance countries. Dr. Quaah should have resigned to maintain his integrity rather than the puppet he appears to be?
