Tell me what his accomplishments are. It's unfortunate that President Mahama is allowing his party affiliation cloud his judgement in selection appointees by recycling the same people. There are capable career Civil Servants without party biases that can do better job.

Democracy is the majority rule. Ruling means having the capacity to choose personnel to run elected govt policies and programes as enshrined in the elected manifesto. NPP you are not the repository for knowledge

Annor Dompreh is a ranking member of the youth and sports committee of Parliament and his suggestion apparently arises from his previous professional interaction with Kobby Acheampong.
"Abrasiveness" and "impulsiveness" exhibited by Kobby in his previous cabinet position are not attributes of a good manager. Kobby was dropped during the cabinet reshuffle for a good reason. Tell me what his real accomplishments are.

We all know that Cabinet appointments are not necessarily based on competence, but on party affiliations. Offering an opinion does not necessarily mean the President should drop the appointment; but it would have been wise for the President to have sought additional counsel outside his party, prior to making these appointments public. So far about 90% of the Presidents appointments across the board, have drawn vehement criticisms ( and in some cases violent ) - and that does not bode well for the President. This is something that should be of concern to all Ghanaians who want the President to succeed. We should all learn to evaluate criticisms objectively as part of our national decision-making process.

There are capable career Civil Servants, private sector managers who can do better. It's unfortunate that President Mahama is allowing his party affiliation to cloud his judgement in selection appointees by recycling the same people.
