  A step in the right direction to curb revenu leakage. But the government must clamb down on nation reckers who smugles the proceeds of their business out of the country without paying tax or investing it in the local economy. How do they expect good roads and utilities if they simply milk Ghanaians out of their money and ship it elsewhere to be used by other countries?
  The country will not benefit from direct foreign investment if all the profits are repariated with non of it invested in the local infrastructure which they use heavily. roads, hospitals, schools and utilities are used heavily by these multinationals, yet non of them will invest their profits into these facilities.

  Good idea! but local content is not only local ownership. Should be locally manufacured products, local investments, invlovement of many Ghanians. An indvidual could benfeit from this agenda but might send the money abroad! l ...

  more sophisticated investors AND BRING THEM INTO GH. SEND GOVT REPS FROM THESE IPA OFFICES TO THESE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND POUND ON THEIR DOORS. DONT WASTE THE NATION'S RESOURCES BY GOING
  ON CNN...THATS A WASTE OF MONEY! WE NEED FACTORIES IN GH. INTEL, CAR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES, ETC ARE ALL AVAILABLE. WE ALREADY HAVE TNS OF NATURAL RESOURCES IN GH!
