  Politicians and technocrats is that we talk too much instead od rolling up our sleves and getting the job done! Who in this country is not intimately aware of of the facts laid out in this article? If our over-paid technocrats will quit the balme game and get to work, this country will be be better off. How proactive and forward-looking have we been, as a country, to be laying blame at the doorsteps of other for our predicament? How many excuses have we heard from the GNGC as to why it is unable to meet its original completion date? I heard Awotwi,the CEO of the VRA,and some other officials talking about future hurdles their oufit is likely to face without,by way of justifying the recent tariff increases,without presenting concrete and innovative solutions to address those impending difficulties. I have heard similar pronouncements from ECG officials who are more interested in getting huge rate increases than giving customers the improved services they have been yearning for.
