  What exactly is the National Development Planning Commission doing?
  
  This commission has been in existence for such a long time, and yet it is not clear what plan it has created.
  
  
  PV Obeng is right in saying that citizens must accept individual responsibility and make their contribution to that development agenda.
  
  So where is that national development agenda to which we must all contribute?
  
  What we do have for this government is the Better Ghana agenda which is a party political manifesto.
  
  We want the NDPC to come out with a national development plan prepared in consultation with all the political parties, academia,civil society and the general public.

  Sure people need to start their own business but the atmosphere has to be good for starting a business..You can't run a factory or really any business except whoring without electric power or water..So rates have to be lower ...

  Sure people need to start their own business but the atmosphere has to be good for starting a business..You can't run a factory or really any business except whoring without electric power or water..So rates have to be lower and the lights and water has to be on 24 hours per day/7 days week/365 days year..like america except when they are storms or car accidents knock poles down
