    It is only in Ghana that people go on strike and expect the employer to pay them for doing nothing. Indeed this is an incentive to go on strike. Time to abolish this is long past due

    Mr Minister, If You can prove that the strike is illegal, give them an ultimatum, and if they dont adhere to it sack all of them period. Ghana can not and must not allow few nation breakers to destroy the country

    This Kind of bugabuga tactics will not work,because those days are gone when intimidation were used to force People back to work. The Minister must use a civilise way to go about this.
